    1. Demolition – Demo all damaged sheetrock and affected area. Demo floor and living room, demo floors and secandary floor.
    2.   Garage demolition- Carefully remove garage doors and demo all garage doors interior trim and sheetrock for inspection.
    3. First floor window demo- Demo all trim around affected windows
    4. Floor joist- Repair or replace all damamged floor joist.
    5. Replace demo -All sheetrock level 1 finish
    6. Demo replaced- window Trim and paint
