- We are remodeling the bathroom above by moving location of sink toilet and bath
- There will be a tiled "wet area" with vintage claw foot tub and double shower heads. Wall for wet area is small subway tile and marble tile for floor. Other bathroom area will have hw flooring. Also expanding doorway to closet
- We have all the materials and fixtures except hw flooring
