- Demo perimeter cabinets, island, knee wall, countertop and backsplash (current kitchen is same layout as attached plan, island is just smaller); haul away
- Install new cabinetry per plan: 13 RTA cabinets to be picked up locally and assembled, 17.5 linear ft crown molding, shoe molding and scribe for trim, install hardware
- Install 1 electrical outlet in new island--electric already present in current island so no new lines to be run
- New sheetrock and Install 30 sq ft backsplash brick pattern 3x12 tiles.
- Install faucet, reinstall sink/DW/garbage . . .
